Where we ship

We currently ship only within New York State (NY).

Orders placed with delivery addresses outside NY will be canceled and refunded.

We do not ship internationally.
Processing times

Orders are typically processed 1–3 business days after payment.

During holidays or high demand, processing may take a bit longer.
Shipping methods & rates

Rates and available options are shown at checkout based on your NY delivery address and order size/weight.

We may use different carriers depending on the destination and service speed.
Delivery estimates

After dispatch, most NY deliveries arrive in 1–5 business days (estimate only; not guaranteed).
Order cut-off & weekend timing

To reduce carrier weekend holds, some orders may ship Monday–Thursday only. Orders placed late in the week may ship the following Monday.
Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

We aren’t responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned to us, reshipment may require an additional shipping fee.
Tracking

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking (if available) when your order ships.
Damaged or missing items

Inspect your order upon delivery. If something is wrong or damaged, email us within 24 hours with your order number and photos so we can help.
Local pickup (if offered)

If local pickup appears at checkout, follow the instructions provided in your confirmation email for pickup timing and location.
Weather & carrier delays
