Shipping Policy

Effective date: November 4, 2025

Where we ship

  • We currently ship only within New York State (NY).

  • Orders placed with delivery addresses outside NY will be canceled and refunded.

  • We do not ship internationally.

Processing times

  • Orders are typically processed 1–3 business days after payment.

  • During holidays or high demand, processing may take a bit longer.

Shipping methods & rates

  • Rates and available options are shown at checkout based on your NY delivery address and order size/weight.

  • We may use different carriers depending on the destination and service speed.

Delivery estimates

  • After dispatch, most NY deliveries arrive in 1–5 business days (estimate only; not guaranteed).

Order cut-off & weekend timing

  • To reduce carrier weekend holds, some orders may ship Monday–Thursday only. Orders placed late in the week may ship the following Monday.

Address accuracy

  • Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

  • We aren’t responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned to us, reshipment may require an additional shipping fee.

Tracking

  • You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking (if available) when your order ships.

Damaged or missing items

  • Inspect your order upon delivery. If something is wrong or damaged, email us within 24 hours with your order number and photos so we can help.

Local pickup (if offered)

  • If local pickup appears at checkout, follow the instructions provided in your confirmation email for pickup timing and location.

Weather & carrier delays

  • Severe weather or carrier disruptions can impact transit times. These delays are outside our control.
