Welcome to baklove.store operated by Baklove LLC (“Baklove,” “we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing or using our website, products, and services (together, the “Services”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1) Eligibility & Your Account

  • You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to make purchases.

  • You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

2) Orders & Payments

  • When you place an order, you’re offering to buy the items in your cart under these Terms. We may accept or reject any order (e.g., suspected fraud, inventory limits, shipping restrictions).

  • Prices, fees, promotions, and availability may change without notice. The price at checkout is the price that applies.

  • Taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout. You authorize us (and our payment processor) to charge your selected payment method for the total shown.

3) Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship only within New York State (NY). Orders with addresses outside NY may be canceled and refunded.

  • Delivery estimates are not guaranteed; carrier or weather delays can occur. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon carrier’s acceptance.

4) Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

  • Where offered, returns/refunds/cancellations follow the policy posted on our site or provided at checkout/confirmation. Items must meet any stated conditions (e.g., unopened, time limits).

  • For perishable items, all sales may be final unless a product issue is reported promptly as instructed on our site or in your confirmation.

5) Product Information & Allergens

  • We aim to provide accurate descriptions, but slight variations in appearance, size, or packaging may occur.

  • Allergen notice: Products may contain or come into contact with common allergens (e.g., nuts, dairy, wheat). Review ingredient information before consuming and contact us with questions before ordering.

6) Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Services, including by:

  • Violating laws or infringing intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.

  • Uploading harmful code or interfering with site operation.

  • Scraping, mining, or using automated means without our written consent.

7) Intellectual Property

9) Promotions, Gift Cards & Store Credit

Promotions may have additional terms. We may modify or end promotions at any time. Gift cards and store credit (if offered) are subject to the terms provided at purchase and where required by law.

10) Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services and products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted/ error-free operation.

11) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Baklove and our officers, directors, employees, and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits/revenues, arising from or related to the Services or products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the applicable order.

12) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Baklove from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any rights.

13) Privacy

Your use of the Services is also subject to our Privacy Policy and Cookie/Cookie Notice (if posted), which explain how we collect and use personal information.

14) Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for any reason, including suspected violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends immediately.

15) Governing Law; Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

  • Venue: You agree to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in the state or federal courts located in New York State for any dispute not subject to arbitration.

  • At our option, disputes may be resolved in small claims court where jurisdiction allows.

16) Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted to the site with a new “Effective date.” Your continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
